During Assessment/Development Centre the competences of participants in the study are verified on the basis of their behavior in simulation tasks. We use group and individual simulations, ability tests, occupational personality questionnaires and competence assessments. We comply with the methodological standards – each participant in the session is observed by 2 assessors minimum and each competency is tested by means of at least two methods. We work with the aid of the competency system operating in the organization or we prepare our own methodology.. We use the diagnostic tools of the SHL company (OPQ occupational personality questionnaire and ability tests). We have experience in using Insights Discovery, Thomas International and Quest tests. Within the framework of all the sessions we provide our participants with comprehensive feedback after the project has been finished and with ongoing feedback during the session within the framework of Development Centre.
For the purpose of mergers and takeovers we conduct Personnel Audits with the aid of various tools: simulation, knowledge tests or analyses of business achievements, carefully designed to meet the needs.
For those clients who want to use Assessment/Development Centre on their own, we design tools – simulation tasks set in the business reality, assessment cards and session timetables, and we facilitate their effective implementation through workshops.
