Training

Supporting its clients in the development of their HR management systems, HRK organizes “tailor-made” training programs addressing the needs of companies. There are internal and external types of trainings run by coaches with wide hands-on experience in the presented areas.
What is new in our offer of trainings are competence development workshops – Training Centre, the aim of which is to mould specific types of behavior while performing simulation tasks with the aid of the coaches’ feedback. Training Centre is an excellent continuation of the employee’s development following the identification of competence gaps by means of 360 degree evaluation or Assessment/Development Centre. This method works very well in the development-oriented activities aimed at groups of managers and specialists.
